At Antonio’s Winery, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for defective or damaged products. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed upon inspection and approval of the returned items.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened alcoholic beverages unless faulty. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
